Graphic design portfolio
I designed and developed my graphic design portfolio using tables, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript. The website was responsive and could be viewed on all devices. I used Sublime Text to handcode this website.
Wireframing
One of the things I love about the design process is sketching out ideas, playing with them, and making them come to life. Having taken four years of graphic art classes in high school, I was used to the idea of thumbnail sketching, which is not much different from wireframing.
Since this was a portfolio website, I wanted to showcase my best work and demonstrate my skills. I knew I wanted it to be minimalist, clean, and modern. I wanted to show images from Oahu and San Francisco, where I’ve lived. I wanted separate pages for different sections at the time, but as you can tell from the videos, I made them into a page.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t upload my portfolio page to this website due to my limitations, so I have videos. However, if you go to my GitHub account, you can see the code.
